5. Bookings for Consultations and Sale of Digital Products

a. Bookings for Consultations

The Website may allow you to book consultations with Sportswork representatives. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sportswork. Specific terms related to consultation fees, cancellations, and rescheduling will be provided at the time of booking or in a separate agreement.

b. Sale of Soft Copy Handbooks and Other Digital Products

We may offer soft copy handbooks and other digital products for sale on the Website. When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

 

  • Payment: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website.
  • Delivery: Digital products will be made available for download or access after successful payment. Instructions for accessing your purchased digital products will be provided.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales of soft copy handbooks and other digital products are generally final and non-refundable. However, if you encounter technical issues accessing a purchased product, please contact us for assistance. Any exceptions to this policy will be at our sole discretion.
